Whether you are looking to get in shape or learn the sport, boxing is
a fun way to get in shape and learn how hit like a pro!  Here we offer
one-on-one boxing training.  Each session runs anywhere from 30 to
45min.  In these sessions you will learn basic footwork, combinations
and the conditioning that is second to none.  Stick to boxing or learn
how to use knees, elbows and other effective methods of striking.

All levels are accommodated and egos are not tolerated!
Brian Quinlan has been boxing for 6 years and has competed in several
amateur matches.  Let him take your workout to another level.
