| Brian graduated West Chester University in 2003 with a B.S. In Kinesiology. In 2004 he travelled to Hawaii to obtain his C.S.C.S from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Brian believes that variety is the way to achieve fitness. Fitness is a stress that you put on your body. You develop according to the type of stress your body is introduced to. For example, a marathoner will develop muscle fibers that are very lean and resistant to fatigue over long bouts of exercise at the same time will show a very low percentile of fat. On the other hand, a power-lifter will show a higher percentile of fat along with an increase in the size of the muscle belly. Each individual has developed according to the type of stress they have introduced they're body to. Essentially Brian believes that your fitness goal determines what type of stress your body should be acclimated to. Whether you want to lose 5 pounds or are competing for that next level in your sport. Come to Brian with your goals, your goals are your motivation. He will provide the rest.
