MATT JOHNSON
Matt has a passion for achieving goals that stems from his own triumphs in fitness
which is unmistakable in his training sessions.  When working with Matt you can
expect to be motivated to break new ground in every session.  He believes that if
anyone experiences fitness the way he has, they too would be captivated by its'
incredible possibilities.

Matt began playing soccer at age five and continued into college where he played
for West Chester University.  He went on to graduate with a degree in Exercise
Science and a minor in Nutrition and is certified by the National Strength and
Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

In April of 2008 Matt competed in his first Body Building competition where he
placed second.  His hard work with maintaining a strict diet and intense training
schedule makes him even more of a proficient trainer than he already is.  Matt's
clients benefit from his training because of his meticulous attention to detail in
program design.  All aspects of the client are taken into consideration when it
comes time to create the perfect program.

Matt joined "REAL Fitness" not only to inspire others but to further his knowledge
of exercise and it's effects on the human being as a whole.
